PG&E’s Hourly Flex Pricing (HFP) is risk-free - you won’t pay more for your charging than your current rate.
The HFP pilot uses hourly energy market prices, which vary based on supply and demand on the grid. ev.energy will maximize your savings by automatically charging your EV during the cheapest hours.
You continue to pay your PG&E bill as you normally would, while PG&E and ev.energy calculate how much you are saving by charging on HFP compared to your current rate.
After 12 and 24 months of participating, you will receive lump sum bill credits for your annual savings.
If you don’t qualify for the Hourly Flex Pricing Pilot, you can still earn cash incentives for participating in charging events.
ev.energy will invite you to charge your car during specific days of the week or times of the day.
You can earn up to $4 per each charging event, paid via Paypal or Venmo.
These exclusive incentives are offered to you by ev.energy and your participation helps ensure a reliable and more affordable grid for all Californians!
